I can't even utilize the application as it does not have English language option. For international customers bank can at least provide English support application. I don't know what to do.

Worst banking app I've used. 30 day rolling limits on card transactions, breaks when you try to change them, breaks when you need to pay the rent, 24h block on new beneficiaries, no English version.

No English translation so is of no use to non-French speakers. The reply from the dev team says in all.

1. The app does not offer an option to switch to an English-language interface. 2. Payments made do not appear instantly in the "Pending Payments" (or "À Venir") section. As a result, users may remain unaware of fraudulent transactions until the settlement process is complete.
