Kinetic has been nothing but good service since we got it around two months ago. We enjoy the good connections and easy to use app they have that comes with the service. This is the WORST Internet company in the history of lying, scheming, greedy, piss poor customer service EVER !!!! What company keeps trying to auto deduct your money. When they don't have authorization to do it. And then charges you for the fees ?!??!! And with all the BS security feature ..... Not once did I get notified that I was hacked. My modem was taken over and Kinetic did NOTHING.... Till they wanted more money and lo and behold, they were able to get hold of me then...

The app is horrible. I can't get it to do anything. I mean, anything. At first, it freezes with the logo, It doesn't open...just stays on the page with the logo. I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. It showed the logo then asked for my email and password. I put those in, the circle started spinning and never stopped. I went out of the app. Opened it again. Now, it's stuck on the logo again. Come on, Kinetic. Get your act together.
