The app won't open the customer service associate took a $200 payment with promise to reinstate my Wi-Fi and then canceled my account without telling me and now won't take my calls

Outside of paying for your bill this app and service is terrible. When you type the keyboard covers the chat box, so you can't see it. Tech support is all automated and doesn't understand anything other than "pay my bill". It feels designed to make you give up and just change providers. Trying to notify them about downed line, and I get put through an endless loop of chatbots that don't understand or can't help with anything. Two days later we still don't have service.

First thing Kinetic changed my bill amount by $30 and stopped my auto-pay to raise it the $30. I was having issues with connectivity with the fiber internet, so they sent a guy out changed my modem/router said it was bad. After that I still had issues with connectivity. Would not recommend this company to anyone unless they fix there issues and not try to cover them up and charge there customers more for less. I WAS A REAL CUSTOMER OF KINETIC.
