I want to say that I haven't ever had any problems with my service but in the last month I was mysteriously logged out of my account and I have been trying to reset my password because it saying wrong password but my problem iNow is no email I have works so IDK excellent Kinetic has been the best internet company...there is no lagging or buffering I would recommend this company to everyone looking for a reliable and great internet speed

I was lied to. And my bill went up. I was told if I got fiber instaled I would save $30 on my bill every mounth. And I can't control my Wi-Fi from the app ever sence the instaled the new stuff I want deffrent Wi-Fi at this point. don't rec.

First thing Kinetic changed my bill amount by $30 and stopped my auto-pay to raise it the $30. I was having issues with connectivity with the fiber internet, so they sent a guy out changed my modem/router said it was bad. After that I still had issues with connectivity. Would not recommend this company to anyone unless they fix there issues and not try to cover them up and charge there customers more for less. I WAS A REAL CUSTOMER OF KINETIC.

I give two stars because the hard-wire connection is perfect, but the Wi-Fi sucks. 900+ gigs on the hard-wire but less than 250 on the Wi-Fi even when im sitting in front of the boxes. And I'm not able to get on the app. I have to call to have it reset, but the problem comes back days later.
