So easy to pay my bill, plus excellent tech support and no connection issues unless your hit by a tornado, lol. I lost connection recently because a tornado touched down in a neighboring town, and the tech support was very helpful

I was very surprised but since wind stream now has kinetic it is a wonderful service so far. Speeds are twice as fast as Xfinity best plan and the price is amazing at a third of what it was paying with xfinity... very impressed so far

I want to say that I haven't ever had any problems with my service but in the last month I was mysteriously logged out of my account and I have been trying to reset my password because it saying wrong password but my problem iNow is no email I have works so IDK excellent Kinetic has been the best internet company...there is no lagging or buffering I would recommend this company to everyone looking for a reliable and great internet speed

I would give -10 stars if I could for Wind stream!!! The app is fine of course, very easy to pay your bill! Dealing with their awful phone service and internet issues is a WHOLE DIFFERENT story!!! When you have issues, all you will get is AI. Buyers beware!!! 🤬

I was told to download the app and that I could "Do anything with it." However, when I went through the registration process, at the end it declared, "Registration Failed." I tried to call Kinetic, got into the chatbot push-the-button round-robin, and it took hours to get someone on the phone. They said that they would send me a link by email and all I had to do was click the link and put in a password. I never got the email.
