I am very impressed w the satisfaction I've had w kinetic secure. This app works overtime. I was hacked last year. I've nvr really gotten rid of the hackers. Kinetic secure has kept them out of my hair. Ty so much!

Be very cautious when downloading this app. Wind stream sent me a password reset link with an unsecured connection the first go around. Now I see why hackers target this company - its IT department is a fricken joke. Google: "Wind stream infected routers" if u don't believe me. BTW, if your router is old, then you should request a new one ASAP. *When I say "new," I mean ask them to ship a brand new, never used router to you.

Not so sure if I should give them any star, but you have to at least give them something in order to write a review they say that if you use the secure services you are protected, but I still got hacked and my stuff is still not straighten out, and they can't get it straight they act as if they can keep you safe but yet they tell me that my neighbors are stealing my Wi-Fi and so far nothing has even been done well the only thing that's happened is my bill has gone sky-high
