Looks like to me there has been no response from customer support at all to fix any problems Iv had mine for a week now and already have problems mite be letting mine go back not paying for what they won't take time to fix any bugs.2 star for now u only get that because of the price and easy setup u fix the problem u mite get better ☆ looks like your most your customers are not to happy I'm one of them the ones that are happy probably work for u.

The cameras haven't been sending me notifications for several weeks. I tried to reconnect the cameras, and they just won't connect.

Transferred from spectrum after buying a house from kinetic customers. Paid for 1gb service, got confirmation and account number in email. Call to figure out how to log in to the app, as I have not set up an email or password for it. After 9 calls, a chat, and a voice call (who hung up abruptly after 15 minutes of silence), the only conclusion I can come to is: Whomever I paid to set up the transfer merely cancelled the previous homeowners account, and even though I've paid I have no account? Lol
