Looks like to me there has been no response from customer support at all to fix any problems Iv had mine for a week now and already have problems mite be letting mine go back not paying for what they won't take time to fix any bugs.2 star for now u only get that because of the price and easy setup u fix the problem u mite get better ☆ looks like your most your customers are not to happy I'm one of them the ones that are happy probably work for u.

I have had this service for over 6 months now. I am not impressed. I have adjusted the sensitivity settings all over the place, and the service is sketchy no matter what you do. I have walked in front of my camera with all the different settings, sometimes I get a notification, but most of the time I don't. It's inexpensive, so I guess you get what you pay for.

Is hacked have someone messing with settings and made it possible for my phone to be hacked run anti malware to find out app is corrupt. Constantly had to reboot cameras lagged horrible took forever to open cameras so slow whatever set off was long gone before starts recording
