Do not use this app! It mutes you call after about 6–8 minutes. Doesn't even ring most of the time. You will miss calls, voice mails and generally miss out on business opportunities. It's a joke, and they can't fix it.

Works when it works constantly signs me out, so I miss calls if it's an internal extension that calls me, and I miss it, and it transfers it then it won't show who called Won't connect the soft phone if it's on Wi-Fi otherwise it's an ok app wish it had more functionality admin wise

We have multiple cases open on this app. Audio issues (can't hear caller or cannot be heard) also issues when using Bluetooth devices, phone doesn't always ring.

This app has not worked correctly for over the past few years. I am really thinking about switching IP providers. Kinetic IL system has so many bugs, it is hard to make a call or to receive them without some issue.
