Just a heads-up, the "Other Member" option that is shown in the last app feature photo, is no longer available. This feature allowed members to easily transfer funds into the accounts of other members. Now, we have to use options like Belle, which has amounted limits, or, US Bill Pay, which only allows transfers from a checking account. It's a royal inconvenience. Andrews' employees either can't or won't say if this option will or won't be restored. When it is, I will give 5 stars.

I gave this app 2 stars because Andrews took away the member to member transfer option. Now, I have to do transfers in person which means driving 15 miles to their branch every month. Such a freaking inconvenience!

It's probably better to call or email them than to message them in the app. Because I have just sent a message to them from their app and had to back out because I wanted to send them some screenshots. First, the app logged me out and deleted my whole message. And second, it says that my picture was too large. Also, you have to join the credit union in order to apply for their credit cards. They do not have any options for pre-approval.
