Very easy to use banking app. Love that I can easily find my bank routing number and account number as I often need to get that info. Also has lots of features making it easy to do my digital banking right in the app.

Direct Deposit one day early such a scam. I get my paycheck every Tuesdays and was hoping I would get it on Thursday or Friday but was told that it would be on my regular payday or one day early then I asked the customer service person why does my Discover or all these banks do 2 days early then. And you guys do one day early, but now I'm going back to my Discover banks after my paycheck stops pending on Andrew's FCU then transfer that money to discover. Discover best bank and customer service

This app has given me nothing but trouble. From the start, I cannot get an external bank account linked to my account, and now I can't sign in to be able to even look at my account because the "remember me" and biometric disabled, and I can't put in just my recovery email because it requires my member ID too. I will say that speaking with the banking people is always friendly, but I wish I didn't have to call them constantly because the app isn't user-friendly.

I gave this app 2 stars because Andrews took away the member to member transfer option. Now, I have to do transfers in person which means driving 15 miles to their branch every month. Such a freaking inconvenience!

It's probably better to call or email them than to message them in the app. Because I have just sent a message to them from their app and had to back out because I wanted to send them some screenshots. First, the app logged me out and deleted my whole message. And second, it says that my picture was too large. Also, you have to join the credit union in order to apply for their credit cards. They do not have any options for pre-approval.
