This app has worked very well for me during these last 3 years. I know alot of people say they have problems using it when it comes to credit card issues, i however only use debit. I primarily only use this app for checking my account status, smart deposit my checks from work, and an occasional loan application. I'm rating 5 stars because i haven't run into any issues at all with any of the tasks I mentioned.

I haven't really had any issues with this app, but I am loving how they are improving from our suggestions such as making it easier to pay the CC again and adding the external account payment option. I'm so loving that!

Can't access credit card account anymore. After some unnecessary update, apparently you have to set up your credit card again, only there is ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING in the app that leads you to it. And there is no help for it because the number given "if you have any questions" doesn't recognize my number entry in the automated service. So now I have no way to use or pay on my credit card. (I was never sent a physical card and only ever transferred to and from my online accounts.)

The credit card update made it unnecessarily hard to pay on your account, you literally have to open up a new link through the app and pay it manually, and now it takes a whole day to get paid if you do it after 5pm, it used to be very user-friendly and worked fast but now it's so inconvenient I don't even bother using my credit card anymore...other than that the app works fine
