Android Firewall is open source software under GPL v3. Android Firewall source code is available here: http://github.com/skullone/android_firewall Full change log is available here: http://github.com/skullone/android_firewall
***NOTES*** YouTube and streaming media requires MediaServer as well to function.
The Internet Permission and Access Wifi State permission are required for LAN Support so that AF can access the subnet address information. AF in no way makes any calls out to the Internet.
Please refer to the help section of AF for further information.
Huge thanks to Ukanth and cernekee for their work on Logging, NFLOG support, LAN Support, and the Rootshell!

Apps aren't staying blocked on restart. Hi. I am using your firewall from last couple of weeks and I have noticed something strange that I didn't notice earlier. When I apply firewall rules, everything works fine but on phone reboot rules kind of flash and apps are no longer blocked. I have to apply rules again to block these apps. Isn't it strange and should not work that way. Rules should stay. Apart from that, it's a great app and I really liked it. I was using droidwall before your app. 5 star. BTW I have Samsung Galaxy S4 international I9500

Wonderful firewall. Works great. Thank you for scooping up the ashes of the abandoned Droidwall and making it even better than it was.
★★☆☆☆
No longer works After recent updates, the firewall now blocks nothing. All traffic passes even when explicitly blocked. Tried deleting all data and uninstalling, and then reinstalling and re-set up. Does not work any more.

App reverts settings As others have said, app reverts some white listed apps. Hoping the fix comes soon. Will update review when it does
