I loved the hospital in Boston had this for their NICU unit. I was able to stay with the baby in the NICU but when Mom was recovering she could look at baby whenever she wanted. One of the best things ever for peace of mind and being able to see him when you don't have the option of being there.

Won't let me log in always says to choose a stable network, and I literally have full signal and even tried using Wi-Fi, and it just won't let me log in.

Loaded the app in the app won't let me log in and keeps telling me that there's an error in to check my connection if I log in on the web it's just fine... I love love love being able to see my baby anytime I'm not in the NICU with him, but it would be nice if I could use the app to see if there are more features to be used.... It would be nice to be able to leave comments for the nurse be able to leave comments for the parent as well

Can't log into the app. Every time I try to, it says to make sure that I'm connected to a stable internet, even though I am.
