Very easy to use and functional app, no issues with logging in etc. Only thing that would improve it is a "my bookings" or "manage bookings" feature so all bookings are on one page. 10/10

Terrible. Can even register. Goes round and round in circles. I've given up. Just going to phone to book my sessions

The app does not function properly. It tells you have booked a class when you have known you haven't, you cannot cancel this as you have not actually booked it. This results in missing classes you want.

Recent updates have made it virtually impossible to book family swimming sessions, I now just have to phone them instead, it used to be very useful, please change it back!

Doesn't work on Wi-Fi, but does on mobile network. No information if a session is limited in some way (e.g. swimming pool party restrictions). News section is not news as the latest "news" is from Jan 2023 (I write this in Nov 2023). Decent attempt, but amateurish and not really thinking about the user/customer perspective.
