This is a great sous vide cooker. I have cooked all kinds of delicious meats and veggies in it over the years without any issues. The only reason I don't give it five stars is that occasionally the app glitches out and loses connection even when I'm nearby. I have a robust home network so that's not the problem. A minor inconvenience but enough to keep me from giving it five stars

Used my Anova for the 100th time. Today cooked a pork tenderloin, it was tasty and melt in your mouth tender. There is no better way to cook a tenderloin!

I bought the anova sous vide, it has been working fine, and I have no complaints about the actual functionality of the device outside of requirements of app for function with that said I will say that these apps function is significantly disappointing, I have subscribed and unsubscribed use now, and it is left me in disbelief how little this company is willing to offer to people that cannot afford the subscription. Is constant disconnection even when in the vicinity. Disappointing please do better

I've used an anova sous vide for years but sadly the app no longer lets me connect my original with my Wi-Fi. It's sad to see a company decide to no longer support their own product especially considering the cost.

Requires a subscription. Cooker is junk, on my second one after the first one died. Get a different brand with no subscription.
