Description
The ANT+ Plugin Sampler allows interaction with all the ANT+ devices supported by the ANT+ Plugins. It is intended as a testing tool and reference code, so it is not extremely pretty and will not be very nice for general purpose use. Source code is available in our ANT+ Android SDK at http://www.thisisant.com/developer/ant/ant-in-android/.

Works well with my bike stuff. Any chance it could be modified to display signal strength info for bike power meters, to allow it to be used to diagnose power signal dropouts for various head unit locations on a bike?

The geocache utility presents a keyboard for entering coordinates that does not have a minus sign, making it impossible to enter longitudes in the western hemisphere, or latitudes in the southern. So it's not completely useless in a quarter of the world, I guess.
