Comments on AntennaPod - Podcast Player for Android

★★★★★ Staci Carter · Sep 28, 2026

Works great, I can queue my podcasts easily find my favorites, pause skip ahead or play at different speeds. It's generally everything I need!

★★★★★ lepiaff X · Sep 22, 2026

Previously my podcast app of choice was AIMP but wasn't able to set it to DL RSS. Antenna Pod was discovery of the Year. Everything works flawlessly.

★★★★★ Zbyszko P · Sep 22, 2026

Awesome app, I paid for a different one but this does everything that one did and more, so I've totally switched over. I still experience the occasional corruption (few second skip or repeat) but since this happens with all the podcast apps I've tried I think it's a problem with the source files. Big thanks to the developers!

★★★★★ Gordon Hudson · Sep 11, 2026

Spotify made it impossible to follow podcast subscriptions properly. Antenna pod is far better and still works with Google home speakers via the cast function.

★☆☆☆☆ Eve Carey · Sep 10, 2026

Skips a loooot. I have to imagine the fact that all my podcasts routinely skip backwards a random amount of time pretty often is down to the app and not the podcast editing. The podcasts sometimes also just cut off at the end, mid-sentence. I think this app must be owned by Audible or something and is intentionally so bad just to drive us to a paid platform.

★☆☆☆☆ Rob Rausch · Sep 11, 2026

This is the worst podcast app I've used, and it just keeps getting worse. Now you can't control podcasts if you're casting to another device and then have to go back and manually mark as played because it doesn't even know you've played an episode. Casting is broken and has been since I started using this app. I keep hoping it will be fixed in an update but its one issue after another. I'm not sure if they don't want to fix it or if they just don't know how.

Continuous play does not work. Ive toggled it on and off, cleared the queue, anything I can think of, but it still won't work
