The app works fine except none the 3 loading stations would charge my car. Maybe there is something wrong with my car, but I doubt it because yesterday the charging works. I believe it because these so-called service providers can make more money by disconnecting the loading stations. Welcome the wonderful world of electric cars, 🤬

Ironic - ANWB offers a whole range of credit cards but do not offer credit card as a payment option in this app. Also, the app is not letting me order a card . Nothing happens when I click submit.

Good prices, but it doesn't stop charging in the app unless you force quit a session. Please fix and I will give 5 stars

The app pretends to deliver Smart Charging, but then fails to charge at all. A nasty surprise when you are set to leave to work in the morning. Worse, customer service refused to refund the starting fee as 0.01kw was charged. If you roll out a service, make sure it works. If you are unable to do that, at the very least own up to your failings, make a refund (of .89 cents!) and apologize for the inconvenience.

I've issues with starting a charging session with the app or keychain. At some point my car is charging, the charging pole is locked and occupied, but I don't see a session in the app. So I can't end it. Beeping the keychain doesn't work, because it says the pole is in use. Only way to end the session and get the cable unlocked is by calling customer service.

I use one public charger in my neighborhood and one at work. The app does not calculate the costs of the sessions at my work on the monthly/yearly summaries, but does show the correct individual charged amounts right below. Is it because the (not calculated) charger is on private premises? This is not very user-friendly as I have to calculate my monthly costs myself by adding them up. Can this be fixed?
