Gratis pas of abonnement
Kies je voor de gratis laadpas? Dan kost de pas zelf je niets, maar betaal je naast de geladen stroom per laadsessie ook een kleine startvergoeding. Met een abonnement hoef die startkosten niet te betalen. In plaats daarvan betaal je voor de pas een vast bedrag per maand. Interessant als je vaak gebruik maakt van publieke laadpalen.

Laden in Nederland

The app works fine except none the 3 loading stations would charge my car. Maybe there is something wrong with my car, but I doubt it because yesterday the charging works. I believe it because these so-called service providers can make more money by disconnecting the loading stations. Welcome the wonderful world of electric cars, 🤬

Ironic - ANWB offers a whole range of credit cards but do not offer credit card as a payment option in this app. Also, the app is not letting me order a card . Nothing happens when I click submit.

Extra hidden costs. The app mentioned time based costs will be charged after one hour, whilst my account charged more than five euro extra for session time of 55 minutes. There is no way to send a complaint request via app. Also, the website needs an onderweg account which is different from the Láadan account.

I've issues with starting a charging session with the app or keychain. At some point my car is charging, the charging pole is locked and occupied, but I don't see a session in the app. So I can't end it. Beeping the keychain doesn't work, because it says the pole is in use. Only way to end the session and get the cable unlocked is by calling customer service.
