Very convenient and easy to use! Makes my daughter's 3-month follow-ups 10x easier than having to drive 35 minutes one way, wait, be seen and then drive back. Now can have her appointment 1st thing in morning and still get her to school without missing that much vs having to miss hours of school going in person. As far as the app goes, the few times we have used it, haven't had any problems. Was easy to set up and every appointment we have had was great. Picture was clear, voices were clear etc.!

Just downloaded it, and it keeps crashing won't open has the logo then goes back to my home screen....... waste of time

Major bugs that make this app useless. My microphone & video were turned on but weren't working in the app & had to reschedule the appointment. Then, it just completely glitched out, it won't load & gets stuck in a reloading cycle. I had to go into my phone's app settings menu to do a force stop on the app because it kept reopening itself when I tried to close it. Very frustrating.

This is the absolute most piece of garbage app I have ever had the entire displeasure of BEING FORCED to use. Apparently, it's the only app my son's pediatrician office uses and every single time, without exaggeration, it has failed to load without requiring force stop and reopen like 16–37 times. Every single time. I spent 15 minutes before the appt trying to log in, and now I'm 35 minutes late for the appt because it still won't go past the AGREE&CONTINUE button. Complete trash!!
