Comments on ANZ FastPay New Zealand for Android

★★★★★ I was quite worried reading some reviews as I waited for my machine to arrive, but I have had absolutely no problems whatsoever! Everything has run seamlessly for me without a single glitch ... Perhaps I should note that I use this app at a fixed location with reliable Wi-Fi

★★★★★ Great device and so handy at markets and plan to use in conjunction with website for curbside collections. Customers love being able to tap and go. Always make sure you log into the app first. I was switching on device first and ran into some issues with connecting, but it was user error. Wouldn't be without this amazing device.

★★☆☆☆ Initially great! The last 6 months I have had multiple issues and needed to uninstall and reinstall as Bluetooth wouldn't connect. Working well then next payment won't work! Frustrating!

★★☆☆☆ I had fast pay 4 years ago, and it really was nothing but trouble with my Samsung so I moved to eftpos now iv moved back to anz fast pay as I completely forgot how much trouble it was From day 1 iv had connection issues finally got a new machine and sorted and now it won't even work with my phone because of an update I got a text saying its no longer compatible with my phone, but it will work on an older one...that's not helpful at all Anz clearly Samsung's don't work with your app so disappointed

★★☆☆☆ First week of Business and nothing but trouble, it's been extremely stressful with clients needing to pay by bank transfer as can never seem to contact with Bluetooth on phone. Have had multiple phone conversations with support but not fixed. Have to charge through the day even when not in use. I would go straight for an eftpos terminal rather than have the stress and headache when there is already so much involved with setting up a business particularly in these times.
