Does all the bank related stuff. But really annoying and confusing why it prompts me to set up voice verification for transfers greater than my limit when the website either doesn't require it or lets me use ANZ shield. Why can't I use ANZ shield with the app? Very weird!

Anz need to fix the notification issues within the app! I cannot get a simple app notification when I receive money, every other bank have notifications on their apps with no issues just a simple click on or off but anz have failed to delivery this to its customers!

Horrible. Can't speak to an operator. I don't have an App, don't have an app pin, I don't have a smartphone, no one will talk to me. This is truly horrible. The recorded messages just cut you off.

Got completely scammed $800 and ANZ couldn't help me at all. ANZ holding my back account from me until I provide them with more information about myself that I've already provided, so they can sell it.

Normally a banking app makes it easier to contact customer services as they have already verified you. ANZ instead chooses to make it an even more Byzantine operation, sending you to a message system that is operated 20 minutes a day. They have a call center, but the app doesn't tell you about this for some reason.

I can't believe how this app has not evolved in like 7–8 years. It's still the same. If you are looking for a bank with a good app which people do, this isn't it.
