A few things to remember • Don’t keep your customer number and PIN with your mobile device. • Make sure to log out when you’re done. • The app will auto log out after five minutes of no activity. • Contact Bank Australia immediately if you’ve lost your device or feel that someone may know your login details. • Please check the BSB and account number or PayID details carefully. Since the most recent update (2026) l have been locked out of the app several times already when the internet cuts out momentarily due to interference from trains and heavy traffic going past my home. L received a message saying that lt is my responsibility to ensure that my phone (samsung A12) is compatible with the service. Unfortunately l don't have any control over the interference from traffic. So l'm wondering if l might need to choose between moving house and changing banks ?

Mostly very good. I might change the UX so that card details can be copied to clipboard on clicking, so I'm not flipping between apps every four digits. Maybe some sort of balance per account line graph 📉📈 so I realize how much damage I'm doing myself?

Can't find any way to see my daily limit and can't make payments because it keeps saying I'm exceeding my daily limit. No way to change my daily limit to make a payment. So annoying! It's my money, let me use it!

This app was 5 stars but the latest update removed the widget. This was my most used app function by far and significantly downgrades the app experience without it. The rest of the app is great. Have provided feedback to Bank Australia directly and got no response. Bring back the widget!

Pretty disappointed they have removed the widget, I used this daily, and it was a great way to quickly see my accounts without having to log in
