As a Graphene OS user, I need to run it in a profile running Google Play Services. This is inconvenient. I suggest the dev team trust Graphene Play services as it is actually more secure than Google Play Services. Otherwise, the functionality of the app is great.

Since the most recent update (2026) l have been locked out of the app several times already when the internet cuts out momentarily due to interference from trains and heavy traffic going past my home. L received a message saying that lt is my responsibility to ensure that my phone (samsung A12) is compatible with the service. Unfortunately l don't have any control over the interference from traffic. So l'm wondering if l might need to choose between moving house and changing banks ?

I installed the App and signed up. Transferred some money into my account. Then found that the App was crippled. I could not do anything. No explanation why just treated as a criminal. Got requests for previous bank statements. Nothing worked Avoid this bank very restricted and no reason why. They treat customers very badly for no reason. Make you feel like you have done something wrong. And will not tell you why. Definitely Avoid this bank

Can't find any way to see my daily limit and can't make payments because it keeps saying I'm exceeding my daily limit. No way to change my daily limit to make a payment. So annoying! It's my money, let me use it!

Why was the Android widget removed? Massive downgrade in functionality. Moving all my banking to Up Bank now. See ya.

Had to reinstall after latest update to get past a crash on log in. Disappointed that they removed the widget
