Incomparably better than any of the Australian domestic banks. I can transact without constant blocks/locks/suspensions. Depositors treated with courtesy and respect. Excellent interest rates. Wide range of services. App so easy to use. Bitterly disappointed to hear HSBC is exiting retail banking in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore. Bugger!

Useless app. Won't run on my Vivo Android phone. Called HSBC support who said that there's nothing wrong with the app, and I'd have to buy a new phone! Easy to see why they're quitting Australia.

Can't use now because HSBC demands I remove certain apps from my phone, and they want a selfie!!! Get lost. No other bank asks for this. Avoid HSBC!! This bank is a joke! 😂
