I had a problem with my iPhone, so I got a new Android phone to use when I downloaded the app on the android phone and tried opening the only thing I get is no Internet connection whiles I have bundle all other apps works perfectly buh only this app, I formally had issues with the virtual card can't even use to shop anymore as I use to I still got money in it.

I’m honestly disappointed with Eco bank Tanzania services. I made a transaction, but the receiver never got the SMS confirmation, and the issue has still not been solved even after more than 24 hours. I tried contacting customer service many times, but no one was reachable. On weekends, there’s no proper support, yet the bank claims to offer 24-hour customer service. How are customers supposed to feel safe when their money is stuck and thI’m honestly disappointed
