Please eco bank should provide a loan section in their app other bank has it keeping money in ur bank we can easily get loan through your app it's not nice Secondly an individual always find ur network not favorable especially when its comes to verification process most time you always need to visit the bank to get such issue verified Thirdly it is difficult to open ur mobile app in a new phone with getting involve with unnecessary stress and internet connection please the man agent need to

I am trying to log into my account for days now, but it keeps telling me I don't have an Internet connection, which I have. I have try everything, from buying data to reinstalling the app several times. It keeps saying I don't have Internet connection 😒

I've not been able to use it for a while, check balance, send money, or even read notifications. It keeps telling me to "check my Internet connection or try again later." It's very frustrating and caused some few inconveniences because of this. I've uninstalled and installed several times. I have to make some payments and don't have the time to go to the office every time, which I believe is the reason the app was developed. I am very disappointed

An average 2.8 rating tells the whole story. Compare the rating to the top Banks in Ghana and you will notice Eco bank app has the worst rating. Obviously the comments are read by the developers, so they won't share with upper management, and they are obviously not smart enough to fix the most common and basic problem customers are facing. " RE-LOGIN AFTER RESETTING OR SWITCHING YOUR DEVICE" This is not rocket science. If you need help ask the developers at ABSA
