Terrible first experience! Unable to activate my mobile app! Firstly, the code which needs to arrive by email doesn't arrive, I need to click resend two times and then the bunch of codes arrive at the same time. By the time I get to the part where I need to click the link in the SMS, I do it, but it takes me back to the start where I need to repeat the whole process again. I've been trying since yesterday and nothing's happening. I've written to customer support but no answer.

Stay away from this bank, in case of problem, their support is unhelpful and incompetent. They randomly "lost" a SEPA transfer that I made to repay credit card debt. Despite providing detailed transaction evidence from my bank proving that the money must have arrived, the customer service continues to claim they received no money.

The app is inadequate, as per even year 2015 standards. The tell us more section here in Google review is equally terrible, for lack of a better word. The Pin is static, can't change it to something you know, you remember. You need to remember their pin, and if exposed, run from pillar to post with FAQs and emails. The card pin stops working at store. The card due can't be paid using a SI, you need to pay it by remembering. Wonder how far back in stone-age the bank will take us in 2026.
