Changed my review from a 1 star to 4 star, as at the start I had many issues with pairing and setting up and even the app kept stopping. I spoke with customer services, and they have managed to sort this for me, I'll be trying it out over the next few weeks, my review will go up or down to suit, thank you Apex customer services

Device all ready to go, but the app just crashes and according to my device it has 'bugs' that require fixing by the developer? I have raised the issue with customer support, so I'll update this review as this issue continues. UPDATE - I received a response from Stat sport to my inquiry with troubleshooting instructions which included deleting the app and reinstalling. This worked on both my phone and tablet, and now I'm up and running fine. 5 stars for the response time and the product 👍🙌

At first, it was a great app, but now it says there are bugs, and it kicks me out of the application, and I do not know what to do. My tracker is paired to my phone but when it says "provide details" I click it and I get kicked out and them it won't let me back into the application anymore. May someone please help me??

If you want a basic tracker you have found the right product. I have rated 2 starts as you don't get much insight with the app or tracker. Had connectivity issues starting out which customer service sorted - but once all paired is really easy to switch on and get started, No active heat map - was told issue by customer service but 2 months later I still have no heat maps, Basic graphs - not much detail in the 5-min breakdowns - possibly others out there which are better

Managed to pair my tracker and then when I go to input my details the app just crashes. It just crashes as soon as I open it! Pointless! I have contacted StaT Sport for help, so will away their reply. I have reinstalled (have to factory reset and re-pair which is annoying) I've restarted my phone, turned off Bluetooth and Wi-Fi as directed, but just can't use it! Works fine on the Stat Sport academy app, but my son wants the heat map, so I need to use this one! Help!
