I had a tank T2 and when I open the app (kospet), it uploads the steps and bpm from watch memory (history many days before). Now I have tanked M4, if I don't open the app (Apex move), the watch upload only current day data. If I don't open app before sleep, I losse all history of the day. I made all updates. I reinstalled app. It is the app or the watch??? Thanks for resolving the problem. Now history is ok. I put 2 more stars ⭐⭐

Incredible watch, catches everything. Helped me diagnose myself with hyper-pots. I have the tank m3 watch and have had the old app for about 6 months now. The new app is way better, syncs contacts, sos, map/gps functions now, way better look too. Way to go on the new app. I'm kind of hoping my awesome tank m3 watch breaks somehow, so I have a reason to buy the m3e watch, but I have a feeling this watch will last a long time. But I'm very grateful for this watch and this company. Keep it up!

I got the tank watch The pros great battery very tough/ durable my job is rough many home screens options lots of features The cons at least once/twice a week it will just stop recording data correctly and if you do not do a full restart on your watch it will continue to record terrible incomplete data the sleep data does not provide as much information as my old Samsung my watch does not have evaluation counter i some days only go up and downs stairs, and it just registers it as walking.

Everytime after update, must be some issue.... cannot open the apps and cannot connect to the watch.

Hi everyone, I’m using a Kospet M3 Ultra smartwatch with the Apex move app, but my workout data is not syncing with Strata. I have already connected Strata inside the Apex move app and checked the permissions, but my activities still do not appear on Strata. Has anyone faced the same issue? Is there any setting or solution I should try?
