AppBeta: 12 Testers, 14 Days

Need 12 testers for 14 days before you can publish on Google Play? AppBeta is the tester exchange that gets your closed test done: test other developers' apps, earn coins, and spend them to get real beta testers for your own app.

WHY APPBETA
Personal developer accounts created after November 13, 2023 must run a closed test with at least 12 testers, opted in for 14 days in a row, before applying for production. AppBeta is built around that rule: every count you see starts on the day each tester really got access.

EARN COINS BY TESTING
• Install an app in closed testing: you get the reward its developer set.
• Open it from AppBeta and test it for 30 seconds each day: +1 coin.
• Keep it installed: +7 coins every 7 days.
• Your first real session on a new app earns a bonus on top.
Rather not test? You can also buy coins.

GET YOUR 12 TESTERS
• Add your app with its package name, then choose how many testers you need, their countries and languages, and the minimum Android version.
• Share access through an email list (copy every address in one tap) or a Google Group link.
• Testers are notified the moment you add them.
• A Play Console check helps you catch setup mistakes before testers arrive.
• Follow every tester day by day until your 14 days are done, then prepare your production access request right from the app.

CIRCLES OF 13
Join a circle of 13 developers: everyone tests the other 12 apps for 14 days, and everyone gets their 12 testers on the same day.

PROOF, NOT PROMISES
• The tester's phone confirms your app is really installed and opened, on separate days.
• Uninstalls are detected, and testers who drop out lose coins and reliability.
• A reliability score and a Verified tester badge highlight testers who see their tests through.
• Feedback comes with screenshots, and testers can film a bug on screen for up to 30 seconds.

TALK WITH YOUR TESTERS
Every app has its own group discussion: the developer and everyone testing the app, together.

MADE FOR EVERY DAY
• Home screen widget: your balance, the apps to open today and your next milestone.
• Optional automatic +1 (Android usage access): AppBeta only looks at the apps you test.
• Available in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Indonesian, Arabic, Turkish and Vietnamese.

HONEST ABOUT THE LIMITS
AppBeta is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Google LLC. Google Play offers no way to add testers automatically, so adding them to your testing track stays a manual step: AppBeta makes it one tap and tells your testers right away. AppBeta cannot guarantee that your app will be approved for production: that decision is Google's alone.

PRIVACY
Your email is shared with a developer only when you join their test, so they can add you to their tester list. Your data is stored on AppBeta's own server, and you can delete your account at any time from the app.

Recent changes:
Gmail sign-in is back and more reliable. Testers are now notified when a developer deletes an app, with a one-tap button to uninstall it — no penalty, and everything you earned stays yours. Several fixes to the Verified Tester badge and notifications.
