So got this app in 22' was great able to see all records and use in court, last year said they were going from Free to subscription. Was able to get a year free, but after the new updates, having issues with finding text all the way back needed for court. I LOVED this over OFW because I DIDN'T want the AI to correct the other parents message because it shows how ALWAYS emotionally & verbally abused me. But now they added the AI filter, and now it just ruined my case for proof.

0 stars. Since this app became paid, I’ve had more problems than when it was free. I paid for my second month, but the app says I don’t have a subscription even though Google Play shows I do, and I have the receipt. Now I also can’t text, call, or message my co-parent because the icons aren’t even available. Support is very slow and keeps asking for proof instead of fixing the issue. I’ve paid for a service I still can’t use.
