Though unbelievable, and it sounds totally crazy and absurd. It is an amazing gift, Amazing. Try it for a week and come to your own conclusion. It was not effective in the beginning for physical healing of my ailment, After re-reading the instructions I've come to the understanding that I didn't want to heal, but deep inside wished to die, so I added Psychological and Emotional as well as Physical heal.
