Features • Show a notification each time an app is newly installed, or updated, on your device • Choose whether notifications are shown for apps from Google Play, or sideloaded apps
Limitations • The app does not detect when apps are in the middle of installing, so there will be a short delay between when an app downloads and when the install or update notifications appear. • Notifications are generated using data from the apps on your device, not the Play Store itself. So if an app's name differs between the Play Store listing and the actual app on your device, the latter will be used.
NOTE: There are certain situations where the Play Store will still show an app installation notification, such as when installing an app remotely via the Google Play website. To avoid duplicate notifications, you may want to disable the Play Store's notification channel for "Updated apps" inside the Android system settings.

I have a Xiaomi device. Anyone who had a Xiaomi device knows the torture of finding new apps on your phone that are now system apps you cannot even force stop. I had this happen to me several months ago where a very offensive app appeared on my phone called Games Center. The System App Updater silently updates it but hides the visual history from you. This App Notifier is the only app I have found which tells me in real time when these apps get updated. I can't thank this app developer enough.

Wait a minute ....🦥i am Xiaomi user that means your foreground service is not enough ...user also need to start auto start, bettery optimization and ....blah blah (90% users are mindless (specially females)) so you will not get more downloads also you said feel free to turn off listener notification service of your app (when I do turn off notification) it's stop working tips:build something that no need to run background reply me on this review I will give you 5 🌟

Doesn't work. Install the app on my Note 20 but can't seem to get past the initial set up. App doesn't seem to work with my phone at all.
