After 3 weeks of losing sales because some customers were randomly being timed out, I got a message it was solved. The next day, my top-selling appointments weren't showing available for August or September! I dropped to ZERO sales for that item!!! This was clearly an internal programming problem, yet their contact made me go through check-lists and such for hours. Their programming solutions dept is away for the weekend at noon on a Friday, this is going to cost my company $1000's
