We designed AppWork for service technicians working on-site.

With AppWork, your AppWork is the perfect tool for service teams working on-site. With our cloud-based system, your maintenance team can easily see and manage their assigned work orders, make readies and inspections, in real-time, and stay connected with managers, residents, and other technicians through our central communication platform. But AppWork isn't just practical - it's also fun! Our badge and coins system gamifies the maintenance process, motivating your team to get the job done while adding an element of enjoyment to their work.

Techs can use the AppWork app to contact residents, upload photos/videos, add comments, complete tasks, and perform other simple actions.

With AppWork, your maintenance team will have everything they need to get the job done efficiently and effectively.
maintenance team can see which work orders, make readies, and inspections they have assigned to them. Our cloud-based system provides real-time updates and provides a central location for all communication between the managers, residents, and technicians.

Also, through the app, they can contact the residents, upload photos, make comments, and mark work orders, make readies, and inspections as complete.

NOTE: For the sake of data integrity, property managers using AppWork cannot complete work orders within the administration app. Only technicians can complete work orders through this app.

Recent changes:
Three big adds for techs. You can now create inspections straight from the Tech App, no desk required. You can change the WO Category on any Work Order assigned to you, so miscategorized work is an easy fix. And when you create a Work Order, just type the issue description and AppWork suggests the right category, yours to keep or swap. We also stopped long inspection template names from wrecking the layout, and sorted out the trouble with uploading the same photo.
