I have had good success with reporting my repair needs through this app. The response has been timely and accurately reported. I also like the convenience and the ruble shooting questions at times seem a bit much but, I was able to discover a problem and correct it without a repair visit. Also, I feel confident the problem is not a simple problem I could fix or an overlooked detail I missed and could have corrected. So no complaints about the app.

Won't let me sign in because it says I have multiple accounts, but I only have the 1 account that I know of.

The app makes me reset my password every time I need to make a maintenance request. Currently, won't reset. I request a link, use the link, enter new pswrd, hit submit & then nothing. Both the new pswrd I tried to set & old pswrd don't work. Just a continuous cycle of trying to reset. Beyond the functionality of the app, updates on requests are few d far between. Every request I have submitted in the last year, has taken 1-4 weeks to resolve & often required getting my Prop Management involved.

Won't let you sign in. Tells you it recognizes the email, but the password is wrong. Password is definitely not wrong. Reset the password, and it takes you to a page, and you reset it. It acts like it does but doesn't. Can never log in to view any work orders or request maintenance.
