The app is good. There is some issues with it. But when issues are brought up the app team is very responsive to getting them fixed, so 100 there. The app does make you retake photo of home upon arrival several times when it is in an offline mode. When app isn't in an offline mode works very well, and I recommend it. When in offline it is still an 8 out of 10

The companies are rated in profomance and when a job is sent to you, you, and you go to accept it the work order is not there witch goes against your overall rating so if you don't accept your rating goes higher and higher like 80 percent decline rate buts not accurate due to not being able to accept it, how can you be rated on something from an app that doesn't perform correctly a complete joke, the old sms app was much better.

I Use the app for facilities maintenance work. App crashes frequently. I have lost many service pictures that I'm required to upload to complete a service due to this issue. Unable to get them back as they're taken exclusively in the app and don't download to your phone. The app also crashes frequently in the background even when not in use and tanks battery life and processing power on my phone. All in all needs a SERIOUS overhaul. Exclusively use it because I'm required to for work. Terrible
