While I didn't use this app much, it was handy because it contained my licenses and this was easier to grab than the paper copy. When I purchased my new licenses, I couldn't get them to upload to the app. I emailed asking for help and was told to uninstall and re-install the app. That should fix the issue. There was no attempt to really fix the issue. Not much help there.

App doesn't work 95% of the time; and when it does its display and navigation is terrible. I would rate it an - if it was available. No matter how much people complain about the problems, they are never corrected, and I've been told numerous times "we know about them and we're working on them" but as l have said.... Nothing gets fixed and some of the problems are more than a year old.

I renewed my fishing license earlier in the year and this app is still showing my license as expired. We pay our taxes and can't even get a license card without paying extra for it. Please fix this app. If I get checked by an officer, how am I supposed to prove I have a valid license?

Old app was great! This new one is garbage!! I bought my new license and tried to tag a deer, and it said I was not recognized.... I've AGFC, and they tagged ot 4 me after calling them for 2 days.
