Archivist: TTRPG Campaign Log

Archivist is the memory of your tabletop campaign.

Record a session, and Archivist turns it into what you'd have written down if you had the time: a recap, a timeline of what happened, and the people, places, factions, and items that showed up. Everything stays organized and searchable, so the story you built together never gets lost between sessions.

RECORD YOUR SESSIONS
• Record live from your phone, even with the screen locked, or upload a recording you already have.
• Tell Archivist who is at the table so the story knows who said and did what.
• Archivist transcribes the session and builds your recap and campaign updates for you.
• Before recording starts, you confirm everyone at the table has agreed.

RELIVE THE STORY
• Read session recaps and key moments the way a good scribe would write them.
• Browse the story as one timeline of recaps, events, and moments, with filters.
• Highlights, hero awards, and memorable quotes from your table, ready to share.

YOUR WORLD, ORGANIZED
• Characters, factions, locations, and items are tracked automatically and link to each other.
• Follow quest logs, objectives, and what's still unresolved.
• Keep journals and notes alongside the campaign.
• Search everything in your campaign in seconds.

ASK ARCHIVIST
Ask a question in plain language and get an answer drawn from your own campaign: "What do the Redcaps want?" "Who did we promise a favor to?" "What happened the last time we met the baron?" Answers point back to the recaps and notes they came from.

FOR GAME MASTERS AND PLAYERS
• GMs capture sessions and manage the campaign.
• Players invited to a campaign can read recaps, browse the world, and ask questions, with no recording or setup needed.
• Works for any tabletop RPG system and any style of play.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
• You need an Archivist account to use the app. Sign in or create one from the app.
• Recording new sessions, Ask Archivist, and image generation need an active Archivist plan. Everything you've already created stays available to read.
• You can delete your account and its data any time from Settings.
