This cold wallet is great—secure, easy to use, and reliable for storing my cryptocurrencies. The only thing I wish is that it supported more types of crypto coins to add and manage on the device. Expanding the coin options would make it even better and would easily be 5 stars!!

We had our wallet about a month. All 4 layers of security were in place thumb, face, keys and card, and they were all with me at 1:30am when all my crypto disappeared. Arculus reps. Responce was less than helpful.

I used to be much happier with the Arculus when I first got it, but now I'm just not it's hard to contact support the thing times out when you're trying to put in a message, so I'm just not happy with that

Not user-friendly Confusing Lost crypto trying to receive from an exchange because arculus puts the exchange contract address at top, rather than the crypto address... so as a newbie, I copied and pasted that address instead of the crypto address I was trying to import...thereby losing this crypto into thin air.

I have been loving my card. I purchased it in 2022, and my friend said he was holding coins that I didn't have on my app. After getting ahold of Arculus, they said I would need to purchase a new card to get all the new addition coins listed. They informed me I missed the free upgrade in 2023 lol. Why would I miss a free upgrade if I'm a paying customer 🤔. Now I will keep my old version and use my ledger instead of Arculus.
