You need this app if you own the Donner Arena 2000. It just makes navigating through all the presets and making modifications - which you will want to do - so much easier. My only real criticism is that there isn't a user guide to help you. For instance, there is a metronome icon on the app, and touching it brings up a bar to adjust bpm, but there isn't any obvious way to actually make it work. The lack of good documentation and/or a usable user manual seems to be the new normal these days.

Works great and connects to the unit easily. I only gave 4 stars because there is no documentation, and you cannot control the drum machine or the looper through the app. Am I missing something?

I went ahead and bought it anyway. When it gets here, if the app works, I'll be sure to update my review accordingly. Not working on Samsung s20.... unless you have to have unit before app works? Because it opens but doesn't do anything. I wanted to make sure it was compatible with my phone before buying the pedal. But the app seems frozen in the first screen when it opens. If you tap on Bluetooth icon it opens another window but that window is empty. PLEASE HELP

App is basically useless frozen on the first screen! Using a Galaxy S9 and have never had any problems till this app! Come on Devs step up and fix this so that it's usable, and I'll change my rating!
