I'm not going to lie but the taxi journey home was so pleasant, I've been picked up before by our drive before & shame on me, I've not got his name. Our last pickup was as nice as our last...... what a guy, he's genuinely an interesting guy "how the world goes around" his core values are exceptional so much, so we had a lengthy conversation about it, and he's just a wonderful human being. I know Argyle doesn't and won't have too many drivers like him, but he's an exception - thank you for your time

Just see one of your cars (white saloon) come down our road off manor drive in Upton at 23:47 and stop, and the driver got out and urinated in the street, this road is not a toilet, absolutely disgusting, I've sent the footage to Merseyside police, and I will never use this taxi company again, this driver is absolutely, absolutely vile.

Ever heard of the expression 'If it ain't broke, don't fix it?'. This app is complete garbage and totally clunky, the previous version was perfectly fine and actually worked. The worst thing is the £8 rewards I had on the previous app have now gone. Thanks.

NO SHOW Pre booked a taxi for a family event via this app. I tried to speak to a human, but I was on hold for minutes.... Ended up attending the event late. Very poor service. When you pre-book you should have one at the time you booked ...
