Not able to sign up, asking for some registration key. It's frustrating when a simple process has been made so complicated.

I downloaded this app more than a week back, and sent certificate too to the email specified. Followed up after a few days too, haven't gotten any reply at all. No key was mailed either. I am unable to use the all. Had downloaded it with many expectations, haven't been useful at all.
