Golf Course Overview Arizona National Golf Club offers desert golf at its finest. Designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. in 1996. Voted Best Public Golf Course in Tucson, Arizona National Golf Club is nestled in the foothills of the beautiful Santa Catalina Mountains and abutting the Coronado National Forest. It follows the rugged natural flow of the land across shady mesquite-lined arroyos and skirts craggy rock outcroppings. Along the way, its diverse 6,785-yard layout will throw enough tough decisions and classic golf-in-the-desert challenges at you to test the very limits of your ability. Yet, it has the flexibility to do so without ever becoming unfair. And, it's always fun! As compensation for the challenge, you'll also get to enjoy some of the most spectacular scenery of any golf course in the Southwest, including panoramic mountain vistas, forests of giant saguaros, and the rare beauty of nine natural springs.
At Arizona National, we have more to offer than just the beautiful golf course. We have received consistent accolades for providing the best guest service in the world, and our facility is equipped with all of the necessary amenities you will need to round out an exceptional golf experience including: a full service pro shop, state-of-the-art teaching and instructional center, exceptional practice facilities, sports bar and restaurant with indoor and outsider lakeview patio dining.

Love this course. Always in great condition and the GPS on the app is really useful!!

Understand that summer in Tucson means greats deals on greens fees, but I didn't think that would mean we'd have to sacrifice quality. The tee boxes are basically dirt and the beverage cart stops before 2pm. The course itself looks like a used & abused municipal course with recently punched greens, dry & crusty fairways, and sand traps like concrete. Also, a notice to the other patrons: golf is a gentlemen's game of patience and courtesy - want to play speed golf, might I suggest Golf n' Stuff
