UrgeLock - Quit Porn Now

UrgeLock is built for people who want to break free from porn and build a life where urges are no longer in control.

Quitting isn’t just about counting days. It’s about what you do when an urge hits, understanding your patterns, building stronger habits, and getting back on track when things don’t go as planned.

UrgeLock gives you practical tools to help you do exactly that.

**BEAT URGES IN THE MOMENT**

When an urge hits, open the Urge Button and take action immediately. Use guided exercises and tools designed to help you interrupt the pattern, create distance from the urge, and choose what you do next.

Every urge you overcome is another opportunity to strengthen the habits you’re building.

**TALK TO LOCKY**

Locky is your AI companion inside UrgeLock.

Talk things through, reflect on difficult moments, or get support when you need somewhere to put your thoughts.

No judgment. Just a private space to talk.

**TRACK YOUR PROGRESS**

See how far you’ve come with your streak, milestones, achievements, urges beaten, journal activity, meditation time, and more.

Your progress becomes something you can actually see.

**MAKE A DAILY COMMITMENT**

Start each day by making a simple commitment to yourself.

One day. One decision. Keep moving forward.

**UNDERSTAND YOUR PATTERNS**

Use the journal to record your thoughts, experiences, urges, wins, and setbacks.

Over time, your entries can help you recognize the situations and patterns that make staying in control harder.

**TOOLS FOR DIFFICULT MOMENTS**

UrgeLock gives you different ways to redirect your attention when you need them most:

• Guided meditations
• Breathing exercises
• Mind games
• Calming sounds
• Educational articles
• Journaling
• Urge-focused exercises

Choose what works for you in the moment.

**BUILD MOMENTUM**

Unlock achievements as you take meaningful actions throughout your journey.

Your streak matters, but UrgeLock recognizes more than a number. Showing up, reflecting, beating an urge, making your commitment, and getting back on track all count as progress.

**YOU’RE NOT DOING THIS ALONE**

Join the UrgeLock community to share experiences, celebrate wins, ask for advice, and support others working toward the same goal.

Participate as much or as little as you want.

**PROTECT YOUR COMMITMENT**

Use UrgeLock’s content-blocking tools to add another layer between an urge and the content you’re trying to leave behind.

Combine protection with the habits and tools that help you stay in control.

**HOW THE BLOCKER USES THE ACCESSIBILITY API**

UrgeLock's optional content blocker uses Android's AccessibilityService API, only to block the adult websites and apps you choose to stay away from. It sees which app is open, and when that app is a browser it reads the address bar to check it against your block list, which is stored on your phone. It does not read the text of the pages you visit, keeps no history, and sends nothing off your device.

The blocker stays off until you turn it on. The app explains exactly what it can see before asking for the permission, and you can turn it off at any time in Android's Accessibility settings.

**PROGRESS, NOT PERFECTION**

A setback doesn’t erase the work you’ve done.

UrgeLock is designed to keep you moving forward: learn from what happened, reset when needed, and keep building.

You don’t have to change everything at once.

Start with today.

**Quit porn. Beat the urge. Stay locked in.**
