Arlo's Third Shift

Hello everyone and thank you for playing Arlo's Third Shift! 👋

This is my very first game as an indie developer, so please go easy on me! 😄 It is completely free because it is a demo and my way of introducing you to the world I am building.

This is just the beginning.

Arlo's Third Shift is only a glimpse into this story. The full length PC game takes the narrative far beyond the walls of the warehouse — new locations, deeper characters, and a much darker story that expands everything you experienced here. Arlo's world is much bigger than one night shift.
Full PC release expected: July 2026
If you enjoyed the demo I would love it if you left a review — it means the world to an indie developer just starting out! Your feedback directly helps shape the full game.

Thank you for supporting independent game development! 🎮👻

Arlo's Third Shift puts you in the shoes of Arlo, a first-time worker starting her shift at a shipping warehouse. The job seems simple enough — complete your tasks and go home.
But something isn't right.
As you move through the warehouse completing each shift's objectives, you begin to notice things that can't be explained. Sounds from odd places. Things moving. And a doll that isn't normal.
Features:

Atmospheric first-person horror set in a creepy warehouse environment
Complete shift-based tasks while surviving the unknown
Tense, suspenseful gameplay
Terrifying encounters with a mysterious doll
Immersive sound design that brings the warehouse to life

Every shift gets harder. Every night gets darker. Can Arlo make it through the third shift?
Get to work — if you dare.
