Arrive

Arrive is the mobile app for accounting firm staff who use Arrive. Sign in with your firm account to keep up with clients from anywhere.

• Messages: read and reply to client conversations in one inbox, across chat, SMS and email. Attach photos and files from your phone or from the client's folders.
• Calls: call clients from a conversation and answer calls to your business number, even when your phone is locked. Voicemails arrive with a transcript and playback.
• Tasks: see what is overdue, due soon and open. Create, edit, reassign, pause and complete tasks, tick off checklists and comment with your team.
• Clients: look up any client, their contacts and details, and open their tasks, messages, documents and billing.
• Documents and reports: browse client folders, upload photos and files, view PDFs, and rename, move, share or request documents.
• Billing: check invoices and balances, mark invoices paid, resend invoice emails and send payment reminders.
• Notifications: get push notifications for new messages, voicemails, tasks and documents, and choose which kinds you receive.
• Dashboard: past-due tasks, open work and conversations at a glance.

Protect the app with App Lock (fingerprint, face or screen lock), and switch between firm workspaces without signing out.

Arrive for Android needs an Arrive firm account. Client portal accounts use the Arrive client portal instead.

Recent changes:
- Photos and images in client documents and messages now open right in the app, with pinch to zoom.
- Reports now sit at the top of each client's Documents screen.
- Mention teammates with @ in task comments.
