I've had a great experience using the Tax Dome portal through Foundation Group. The app is very user-friendly, easy to navigate, and keeps everything organized in one place. Uploading documents, reviewing requests, and communicating with the team has been simple and convenient. I would seriously question the security of this company. I've called more than once to try to speak to someone about receiving secure chat requests from our company profile after demoing tax dome and choosing not to go with them. They said they would look into it and email me or get in touch with me once they figure out the issue. They never get back to me. We also requested the deletion of all of our data. Clearly that never happened!!!

Repeatedly logs you out, often does not show the biometric fingerprint login enforces you to use the numbers, and it has a logout button which completely logs you out and makes you log all the way back in with MFA code, as if you were using the app for the first time, what a terrible UX
