Repeatedly logs you out, often does not show the biometric fingerprint login enforces you to use the numbers, and it has a logout button which completely logs you out and makes you log all the way back in with MFA code, as if you were using the app for the first time, what a terrible UX

I uploaded all my documents and my taxes are supposed to be completed on Friday, April 5th and submitted electronically. I have yet to receive an emails with verification they were accepted from Jenine the accountant. Now I am getting emails from Tax Dome to submit documents and when I log in it says everything has been submitted. Your program is horrible.

While using the app on my phone, a security code is sent to my email. When I go to my email inbox to get the code, the screen to enter the code disappears.
