Good app overall. Hard to upload from cloud like OneDrive

On your 5 questionnaire, better have all answers handy or expect to restart from scratch
★★★★☆Lesa Fitzpatrick· Feb 14, 2020
Once it's set up it will be great to load tax info as we get it instead of filling out a packet from our accountant.
★★★★★Walter Clarke· Feb 25, 2020
Easy to use, great method to safely transmit all information to your tax preparer.
★★★★★Valerie Patterson· Feb 3, 2020
It's easy though sometimes the shutter seems a bit spazzt.

The app opens, then asks for credentials, once credentials are entered it sends a code via text, once I enter the code it asks for credentials again and the whole process starts all over again a second time. After that it looks like it's finally going through, but instead it stays in an endless "verifying" loop. My only way of accessing Caddy is on the website from my laptop. Please fix the app.

This app is so frustrating. I am going to just go with a different tax company or accountant who doesn't use Caddy. I linked my account to my tax company, and it deleted everything. All the work I did was useless and pointless. A complete inconvenience and waste of time.

This app is a great idea, but it keeps logging me out when I try to upload something. It also says that a file has been uploaded, but it doesn't show up. Now awesome
