I went to H&R Block and the manager of the Tremont St. office helped me resolve some communications issues, I was experiencing with my tax preparer. As a black woman I was thankful the manager was able to make my concerns relevant. She showed nothing less of professionalism as she resolved the issue and still was able to put a smile on my face; let me tell you, my life hard, put a smile on my face! If only our politicians can learn from YaYa on Tremont, how to effectively problem-solve, win win

H&R BLOCK IS AMAZING. QUIT USING TURBO TAX RIGHT NOW. I MEAN IT. They didn't charge me to file, they have fewer ads, the way they ask the questions is more direct, and generally not as annoying. It doesn't load all that awesome and the camera it uses to take pictures of your documents captures too quickly, but dude, I DIDNT PAY 150 DOLLARS TO FILE MY TAXES! I'm going to get it tattooed on my forehead.

I can't even load this app on my laptop. In fact, I can't even access the online program to do my simple tax return. This app and online filing by HR Block makes me want to change to Turbo Tax after 10 years HR Block experience.

Terrible Platform. I was working with a tax pro who NEVER submitted my taxes even after I paid for the services well before. Because I was "late filing", I incurred fees to the IRS, which I was instructed to pay and then file a peace of mind claim. I did so, and it was rejected, stating it was my fault for not filing? I submitted an appeal, and after WEEKS and HOURS of calls back and forth, it was denied. It was absolutely their fault, and other tax pros at HR block locations agreed as well.

HnR Block as a whole has been horrible as an experience. They never updated my mailing address since I moved. I never received my tax return because of this error, and I'm struggling to get help to fix the issues.
