Well it seems like there's a lot if issues and no proper response. I booked a trip that showed 95 Egp but after arrival it showed the amount to be 183! for god’s sake this is completely fraud! Knowing that I've reported the ridiculous issue, but no response yet! I've tried my part to support local businesses, but not doubling the fees!

I booked a trip using my credit card, and the payment was already completed through the app. However, after arriving at the destination, the app still showed that the driver had to receive the same amount in cash, so I had to pay again to avoid problems with the ride. This resulted in being charged twice for the same trip. I contacted customer support but have not received a proper resolution yet. Please review this issue and refund the duplicate payment.
