ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I had LE 10 in my wallet. At the end of my trip, the app. Showed the fee was 38 EGP, so I should pay 28 EGP. I paid the driver 30 EGP, and he left. Surprisingly, I found that I have a negative balance in my wallet (- 38 EGP), as if I ran away without paying the driver!!! I described the issue in the "help and support" section in the app, but no response after 24 hours. Other respectable applications respond within minutes. I definitely do not recommend this application!
