I recently started using Star Trip and have been thoroughly impressed. The service is more convenient and reliable. What stands out most is the fast response time—drivers arrive quickly after booking, and the rates are very affordable. The app itself is user-friendly, providing peace of mind by clearly displaying the driver’s details and the vehicle registration (rego) before they even arrive. I also love the feature that allows you to select your destination and see the calculated trip fee.

I can't even register, I can't tick the terms of use box because it's all the way down beyond my phone screen I can't tap on it. Fix and will give higher star rating.

Absolutely unacceptable experience with this app. I was charged multiple times for trips I never took, and even got double charged for a single ride. What makes it worse is that random deductions kept happening days later despite me not using the app at all. Customer support responded with generic copy-paste replies saying they were “looking into it,” but nothing meaningful was resolved while money kept disappearing from my account.

Ordered an uber but the location pin was inaccurate. Showed that I was at lamina meanwhile I'm at tokarara, on the other side of the mountain. Paid with card and can't get a refund, the driver Erick tells me I pinned the wrong location, but that's where I sent my location. Please fix it, I just lost k25 because the map was playing up. Didn't get the ride.
