So far so good. Easy to intercept a tab in progress or start a new one, and closing is simple and no contact required. I've read a lot of negative reviews, but I've had no problem. A bartender I respect said his brewery wasn't aware of issues either. YMMV.

Great when it works. However, it doesn't ever default to the correct card or let you change it during payment. So the wrong card keeps getting charged nonstop. What is the point of using it if it keeps doing this recently. I go to a bunch of breweries and this has been a huge issue since December. My fiancé is irritated too since he works in the industry, so he is very familiar with Arrived. Please fix this problem.

The insider program is a joke. It destroyed the loyalty program at my local pub (they had a local "pub club" not associated with Arrived). Every single one of us patrons have to send several minutes googling to find out how to log into the terrible website that is Arrived's "insider" program just to view points accumulation. It is NOT associated or visible in the app. So far, nobody--including employees--know how to redeem the points for beer. The loyalty program needs to go back to beta.

I took the time to install the app, but couldn't get the login code to work the first time, and resent a new code which didn't work either. Big waste of my time and was a huge disappointment to have to leave the venue I was at and go to a new venue that accepted normal cash and credit.
