Great service for residents of St. Lucie county. I needed a ride to pick up my car and the ART minivan arrived within 3 minutes. This would have easily cost $20 with Uber while ART is FREE for residents of St. Lucie county. Those minivans are even equipped with a wheelchair ramp!

Terrible app does doesn't help anything or anyone, except it helps the drivers and bus drivers work for free, don't do it. They always say" the internet is out" no it not😒 waste of time and energy. A lazy bus driver literally told me the bus doesn't run from 11 am - 3pm she was clearly someojevwho didn't get past middle school, if you don't like to work get on SSI and stay at home. The rest of us have things to do dummy.

Horrible app was told that I would get help if I need a ride back and forth and every single time I would try to go on this app to get a ride I would never ever be able to. This app does not cover door-to-door transportation either only to take you to a bus stop if you can even get a ride on this app which I've never been able to, so I don't even use it totally useless.
