Basic client service is dreadful compared to what's out there in Lithuania. The speed and quality you get for even the simplest needs is just sad.

It's only a 50% chance that the application will open and show me information about my accounts. Also, refreshing almost never works.

Useless! Doesn't let me log in with SMS + codes. Neither with Smart-ID because it doesn't allow to input lower case letters! Maybe I should close my account and just keep using my old bank!

Nowhere (in app or on the site) it's stated that it seems I can only open an account remotely if I'm a citizen. I was expecting this and was surprised that it's not stated. I tried to register, took photos of my residence permit then was asked for a selfie (why? If you already know I don't fit!) and then was told my document does not fit. Then I moved back and chose a passport and nobody said anything about citizenship there too, but note states that "MLZ area" should be in the photo.
