Very good app that I used for years, sometimes obnoxious with its somewhat hidden unintuitive choices. Hit-and-miss special features, co2 estimate can gtfo and I wouldn't miss 2 minutes timer. It's trying to have pc features but is also big p.i.t.a to use with multiple windows. Update said it's the last for Android 8 and I can't get over the irony that I need to replace perfectly fine work phone cause greenwashed app no longer supports it, no other app did this yet, not even banking apps.🤦

The app is fine, but with the latest update you've created a new bug. If the language of the device is set to English, then no matter which language you choose in the app, it will remain English.

The app now again works with ProtonVPN without issues. The app works pretty well, and out of all banks it's among the most feature-rich. It also has a tablet-suitable UI (automatically enabled on >= 600dp), but unfortunately no landscape mode.

Totally bad experience in this bank! I've mistyped the pin 3x and the card is blocked! OK, what now!? At the bank the office people said it takes from Sunday night to Monday for card to reset. Darn! It is Tuesday, so no card use for rest of the week. OK let's reset the pin, oh there is a €10 charge to reset pin.....🥺 OK, can you reset it now!? No! We don't know when it will reset!!? What??? You want to charge me €10 and can't reset PIN while I am waiting here!? BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Real disaster. Using second application "Cetacea" for transaction verification cause that prepared transaction is closec.

I don't know maybe we are from outside nationality that's why the employee treat us differently. As we were made to stand outside the bank. I have never faced such discrimination as the people from Slovakia were allowed to wait inside the bank. I regret opening an account here.

No idea why one cannot create beneficiaries in the app, only on web. Beneficiaries default to the list of domestic accounts and cannot be switched to foreign one
